I am a holistic wellness coach who believes that everyone has the power to achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in client-led goals, which means that I work with you to define your own goals and create a plan to achieve them.

I believe that the best way to achieve lasting wellness is to focus on adding in healthy habits, rather than restricting yourself or trying to force change. I will teach you about the science of habit formation and help you to identify and implement small, sustainable changes that will lead to big results over time.

In addition to teaching you about healthy habits, I will also provide you with support and encouragement throughout your journey. I believe that everyone needs someone to believe in them, and I am here to be your cheerleader.

I also focus on self-exploration and growth mindset. I believe that it is important to understand yourself and your motivations in order to make lasting change. I will help you to explore your values, beliefs, and goals, and to develop a growth mindset that will help you to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

Functional Nutrition

I am a functional nutritionist who uses science-based methods and optimal nutrient ranges to help clients increase nutrients and overall wellness. My recommendations are education-based and client-led, and I am trained to interpret bloodwork labs but do not diagnose.

​

I believe that the food we eat is the foundation of our health. When we eat the right foods, our bodies have the nutrients they need to function optimally. However, many people today are not getting the nutrients they need, due to a variety of factors, including:

  • Processed foods

  • Poor diet quality

  • Soil depletion

  • Stress

  • Illness

As a functional nutritionist, my goal is to help clients identify and address the root causes of their nutrient deficiencies. I use a variety of methods, including:

  • Food journaling

  • Dietary analysis

  • Bloodwork analysis

  • Functional testing

Once I have a good understanding of my client's needs, I work with them to develop a personalized nutrition plan that will help them increase their nutrient intake and improve their overall wellness. My recommendations are always based on science and evidence, and I always work with my clients to ensure that their plan is realistic and sustainable.

Helping Clients Achieve Pain-Free

Movement and Balance

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in stretching and corrective exercise. My focus is on helping clients achieve pain-free movement and balance in their everyday lives, not just on weight loss.

​

I use a variety of techniques to assess and address my clients' individual needs, including:

  • Posture assessment

  • Movement assessment

  • Range of motion testing

  • Muscle strength and endurance testing

​

Once I have a good understanding of my client's needs, I design a personalized program of exercises and stretches to help them improve their range of motion, flexibility, strength, and balance. I also teach them how to move properly in their daily lives to avoid pain and injury. I offer virtual training programs, so I can work with you no matter where you are located.

​

In addition to personal training, I offer massage sessions that include exercise and stretching recommendations. This is a great option for clients who are looking for a more holistic approach to pain management and injury prevention.
