Each session includes a custom blend of techniques at just the right amount of pressure to achieve the best results. A detailed consultation before and after each session helps us determine the kind of massage used, session goals, and progress. My prenatal massage sessions utilize a belly pillow for laying face down, or side lying positions and pillows for support.
